SHIPPING & DELIVERY

As our business model operates on a pre-order basis complemented by limited quantities of pre-made items, the delivery period will be in addition to the production timeframe indicated on your product's order page.

The delivery time estimated on all orders is 2-8 working days from the moment order is dispatched. Ready made items might take up to 3 working days to be dispatched, while pre-order items can take up to 20 working days.

All orders placed on weekends or Friday afternoon will be processed the next working day. Please note that shipment dates may be affected by Romanian national holidays.

RAMONI STUDIO STORE S.R.L. offers free shipping on all orders over 600 EUR and on all orders within Romania. For orders under 600 EUR the shipping cost is as follows:

EUR 30 - EU Territories: Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Moldova, Monaco, Albania, Andorra, Bulgaria, Croatia, Greece 

EUR 35 - Africa Territories: Algeria, Morocco

EUR 35 - North & South America Territories: Antigua & Barbuda, Argentina, Bahamas, Brazil, Canada, Mexico, United States

EUR 35 - Asia Territories: Armenia, Bahrain, China, Cyprus, Hong Kong SAR, India, Japan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Malaysia, Nepal, Philippines, Qatar, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, Türkiye, United Arab Emirates

EUR 35 - Oceania Territories: Australia, New Zealand

TAXES & DUTIES

RAMONI STUDIO STORE S.R.L. covers local taxes, duties and customs within the EU and Romania, only. All shipments outside these territories may be subjects of additional charges, customs and duty taxes, supported by the customer. Please be aware that the process of completing all the paperwork may cause a longer delivery time. RAMONI STUDIO STORE S.R.L. is not responsible for any delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS

If you refuse an order, all the shipping costs (including the return to Romania), taxes, import duties and customs will be deducted from the original order price, before we proceed with your refund. We strongly advise you to check your order before completion. 

*EXCEPTIONS*

We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Due to the ongoing international conflict, we are not able to ship to the Russian Federation or Belarus.
